RETS/API DATA FEEDS

The Pensacola Association of REALTORS has a new way to request data feeds. This is through a system called Bridge Agreement Management (BAM). This online plat form allows parties to an agreement the ability to create, store and manage all of their data agreements online in one location.

Vendors can now choose from a RETS or API data feed.

IDX with Sold Information:

The PAR MLS provides the vendor a RETS or API feed through the Bridge Agreement Management system. This data contain all active and sold listings along with photos, virtual tours and all fields allowed by PAR IDX Rules and Regulations. There is an annual fee to the vendor for pulling the feed.

IDX with Sold Information RETS/API Fees:

New Vendor Setup Fee - $175.00

Annual Vendor Fee for 1-3 Clients - $350.00

Annual Vendor Fee 4-10 Clients - $700.00

Annual Vendor Fee 11+ Clients - $1,400.00

Broker Development Back Office:

The PAR MLS provides the vendor a RETS or API feed to develop a back-office application to provide brokers/agents statistical applications, reporting or any other non-public facing product. Data available includes all property statuses along with public and confidential fields. Work can be completed by a vendor or in house developer.

Broker Development Back Office Fees:

New Vendor Setup Fee - $175.00

Annual Vendor fee - $700

Broker Office Data Only:

The PAR MLS provides the broker a RETS or API feed that will include all property statuses along with public and confidential fields of the brokers firm/office information only. Work can be completed by a vendor or in house developer.

No Setup Fee

No Annual Fee

Broker Virtual Office Website Data Feed (VOW):

The PAR MLS provides the broker with a full Virtual Office Website RETS or API feed to brokers who would like to offer VOW services. The work can be done by a vendor or an in house developer.

Setup Fee - $300.00

Annual Vendor Fee - $1,750.00
