MLS Education Classes

Registration, Walk-ins, Cancellation, Class Minimums, & Late Cancellation/No Show Fees:

  • Registration – Members may register for the class via their Member Portal at pensacolarealtors.org.  All MLS educational courses are free of charge.

  • Walk-ins – Members who have not registered, or brokerage assistants/administrators who currently are not able to register under the Member Portal system, are welcome to walk in.

  • Class Minimums – In order to efficiently utilize MLS resources, the following minimum class attendance is required to move forward with the scheduled class.  It is highly recommended that any Member/Assistant/Administrator wishing to join the class as a “walk-in” contact the PAR office the day prior to ensure that the class has not been canceled.

    • Mandatory (M) – 1 Registered Member

    • Fundamental (F) – 5 Registered Members

    • Elective (E) – 10 Registered Members

  • Cancellation – Registered members may cancel their registrations up to 48 hours prior to the class date via the Member Portal system.

  • Late Cancellation/No Show Fees – Any cancellation within 48 hours of the class or any registered member who fails to attend the class will be charged a $15.00 Late Cancellation/No Show Fee.
